The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was introduced to unify all EU member states’ approaches to data regulation, ensuring all data protection laws are applied identically in every country within the EU. It will protect EU citizens from organisations using their data irresponsibly and puts them in charge of what information is shared, where and how it’s shared. Avancos has always treated personal data with great care and is fully committed to comply with all aspects of GDPR.
Avancos purpose of collecting information is to facilitate our work in getting candidates better job opportunities and providing top talent to our clients. Information will not be submitted to any third party or be used in any way that is not relevant to our work as a talent acquisition firm.

Avancos has incorporated GDPR regulations with our internal quality management system that is being assessed and updated on a yearly basis. Our internal quality management systems cover all aspects of personal integrity and also involves sub suppliers and vendors.
How do you control your own data and rights
As stated above you have the option to – at any time – contact Avancos and request that your personal data will be deleted. You also have the right to request access to, or extract, your personal data.
